Tadawul Group approves Youssef Al-Benyan’s resignation

Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co.’s (Tadawul Group) board of directors approved today, Sept. 28, the resignation of independent member Youssef Al-Benyan, the company said in a bourse statement. 

 

The resignation is effective from the approval date. 

 

Al-Benyan resigned after being appointed as Minister of Education, according to the royal decree issued on Sept. 27.
