Nayifat Finance names Saleh Al Omair as Chairman, Bandar Al-Baiz as CEO

Nayifat Finance Co.’s board of directors approved, on Sept. 26, electing Saleh Al Omair as Chairman and Abdulmohsen Al-Saleh as Vice Chairman, according to a bourse statement.

 

In addition, Bandar Al-Baiz was elected as Managing Director and CEO.

 

The board also appointed a board secretary and formed the executive, nomination and remunerations, risk management, credit, assets and liabilities, strategic, audit and Shariah committees. 

 

All appointments are subject to the approval of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). 

 

Al-Baiz has been the Head of Operations at Yaqeen Capital, a joint stock company operating in financial services, since 2014. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting from King Saud University in 2001, and has over 20 years in the banking and non-banking sectors.
