Nayifat approves board member resignation

Nayifat Finance Co.’s board of directors approved, on Sept. 26, the resignation of independent member Mohammed Al-Hokal, due to personal circumstances. 

 

The resignation is effective from the approval date, the company said in a bourse statement.
