Alinma Retail REIT's board member resigns

Alinma Investment Co. said Alinma Retail REIT Fund's board member, Ahmed Hassan, submitted his resignation, effective as of today, Sept. 26, according to a bourse filing.

 

Alinma Retail REIT Fund's board will comprise Mazen Baghdadi, Sultan Alkusayer, Mohammed Al-Eisa, Faisal AlAbdulkarim and Abdullah Al Dahayan as dependent members. Sulaiman Alwutaid and Haitham Hakim are also included as independent members.
