Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Investment announced today, Sept. 18, signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Saleh Suleiman Alrajhi & Sons Co., to establish a commercial complex.
 

The complex will be built in partnership with a foreign operator.
 

The ministry confirmed that the agreement comes as part of its efforts to support the local retail and entertainment sectors.
