Al Sagr appoints Majid Al-Seri as Chairman, Yasser Al-Harbi as Managing Director

Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. obtained today, Sept. 18, the Saudi Central Bank’s (SAMA) approval on appointing Majid Al-Seri as Chairman, Abdul Mohsen Jaber as Vice Chairman and Yasser Al-Harbi as Managing Director. 

 

SAMA also approved the formation of the executive, investment, risk, as well as nomination and remunerations committees, according to a bourse statement.
