Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing Majed Al Hogail said that the rental index now reflects clear and transparent data.

 

In a tweet, the minister said that investment in the real estate rental sector presents new opportunities due to precise and accurate indicators.

 

The rental index includes smart search that reveals rental values in a specific price range, average rental values in the neighborhood and the deals concluded during a particular period in a specific city.

 

The index helps to make rent comparisons between different areas in the same city and get details of approved property brokers.
