Care reappoints Saad Al-Fadhli as Chairman, Michael Davis as Vice Chairman

Shareholders of National Medical Care Co. (Care) elected board members for the next three-year term, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for Sept. 6, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul. 

 

Saad Al-Fadhli was reappointed as Chairman, and Michael Davis as Vice Chairman. Abdulaziz Al-Obaid was named as Managing Director.  

 

The board term started from the OGM date.
