Jadwa Investment announces change to Jadwa REIT Al Haramain, Jadawa REIT Saudi’s boards

Jadwa Investment Co., in its capacity as the manager of Jadwa REIT Al Haramain Fund and Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund, announced change to both funds’ boards, as Waleed Addas (independent member) resigned, effective from today, Sept. 8.

 

Ghannam Al Ghannam was appointed as board Chairman, Nouf Nasser Al Sharif as a member, and Nader Al Amri as independent member.
