Al-Omran Industrial Trading Co.’s shareholders approved amending articles of association during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), held on Sept. 7, according to a bourse filing. 

 

These amendments covered articles of associations on powers of the board, members’ remuneration, board meetings and quorum, and the formation of the audit committee, the statement added.
