Al-Omran’s board names Chairman, Vice Chairman

Al-Omran Industrial Trading Co.’s board of directors appointed on Sept .7 Mohammed Al-Omran as Chairman, Nasser bin Omran as Vice Chairman and Abdulrahman bin Omran as Managing Director, according to a bourse filing.

 

Abdullah Abdulaziz Al-Ghadeer and Fahad Saad Al-Huwaimel were appointed as independent board members, the statement added.

 

They further named the company's representatives at the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) and the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and approved the formation of the audit committee, which will be chaired by Fahad Al-Huwaimel, and includes Yousef Al-Omran and Saleh Abdullah Al-Munif as members.

 

In addition, they ratified the formation of the remuneration and nomination committee, and the executive committee.
