Tihama’s audit committee member resigns

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.’s board of directors announced that an audit committee member, Abdul Salam Majid Al-Bana, submitted his resignation on Sept. 6, 2022, due to business commitments, according to a bourse filing.

 

The resignation is effective as of today, Sept. 7, the statement added.
