Care shareholders elect board members for new term

Shareholders of National Medical Care Co. (Care) elected board members for the next three-year term starting on Sept. 15, 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on Sept. 6, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board members include Saad AlFadly, Micheal Davis, Ahmed AlQahtani, Sami AlKashan, Abdulaziz AlObaid, Faraj AlGabani, Bashar Abalkhail, May AlHoshan, and, Bader AlAthel.

 

Shareholders also decided on the formation of the audit committee and defined its tasks, work controls and remuneration for its members for the forthcoming term.

 

Audit committee members are Sami AlKashan, Bashar Abalkail and Faraj Al-Gabani.
