Advanced shareholders elect new board members

One of Advanced Petrochemical Co.’s plants

Shareholders of Advanced Petrochemical Co. elected board members for the upcoming board three-year term starting Oct. 1, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Aug. 31, according to a bourse filing.

 

The elected members are Abdulaziz Al-Habardi, Abdallah Al Saadan, Khalifa Al Mulhem, Abdulsalam Al-Mazro, Nader Al-Dakhil, Waleed Al-Jaffari, Mohammed Khalifah Al Mulhem, Abdulaziz Al Mulhem and Badr Johar.
