The volume of trade exchange between Saudi Arabia and Thailand leapt 46% during the past seven months, compared to the same period last year, Jurin Laksanawisit, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce, told Argaam on the sidelines of the Saudi-Thai Business Forum.

 

Laksanawisit added that the Thai delegation's visit to the Kingdom aims to attract more Saudi investors and deepen trade ties between the two countries.

 

He noted that the relationship between the two countries is successful and developing positively, indicating that Saudi investors showed great interest in the Thai projects.

 

The forum, held on Aug. 29, witnessed the signing of five agreements between Saudi and Thai entities and companies in several fields, most notably medical tourism, food products and auto spare parts.
