Al Jouf Cement says two board members resign

Al Jouf Cement Co's board approved the resignation of members - Saad Al-Shamri and Talal Al-Muammar - effective today, Aug. 29, according to a bourse filing.

 

The resignations were submitted today on personal reasons, the statement said.
