Shares of Saudi Arabian Mining Co. (Maaden) hit their highest level since listing, at SAR 80.30, today, Aug. 29.

 

The stock closed flat today at SAR 78, hitting an all-time high. Nearly 5.9 million shares were traded.

 

The company’s Q2 2022 net profit after Zakat and tax more than tripled to SAR 4 billion, from SAR 1.10 billion in the prior-year period, according to data available with Argaam.

 

Established in 1997, Maaden was listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on July 28, 2008.

 

The company carries out various mining activities.
