Saudi's NDMC closes August issuance of Sukuk program at SAR 3 bln

The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) completed receiving investor orders for August’s domestic issuance, under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program.

  

The issuance size was set at SAR 3.090 billion, while the total value of bids stood at nearly SAR 5.08 billion, NDMC said in a statement.

 

The issuance was divided into three tranches. The first has a size of SAR 1.690 billion, maturing in 2027. The second is valued at SAR 1.300 billion and will mature in 2030. The last tranche is valued at SAR 100 million, maturing in 2034.
