Salama shareholders to elect new board members on Sept. 11

Salama Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders will vote on electing board members for the three-year term, starting Sept. 11, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), scheduled for Sept. 11, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will also vote on approving the board of directors’ business activities for the period from July 24 to Sept. 11, the statement added.

 

E-voting on the agenda items will start on Sept. 8.
