Arabian Shield shareholders to elect new board on Sept. 11

Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co.'s shareholders will vote on electing new board members for the upcoming three-year term ending Sept. 10, 2025, during the ordinary general assembly meeting, scheduled for Sept. 11, according to a bourse filing.

 

They will also vote on forming the audit committee and setting its fees for the upcoming three-year term ending Sept. 10, 2025.

 

E-voting on the agenda items will start on Sept. 7.
