Saudi Enaya board member resigns

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. announced today, Aug. 11, the resignation of a board member, Cornelius Ankel, who resigned due to personal reasons.

 

The resignation was submitted on June 28 but was approved by the board today, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Ankel joined Saudi Enaya’s board as a non-independent member on March 8, 2021.
