Saudi Re shareholders to vote on amending bylaws on Sept. 12

Saudi Reinsurance Co.’s (Saudi Re) shareholders are set to vote on amending article of association during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) that will be held on Sept. 12, the insurer said in a bourse statement.

 

They will vote on amending articles (15) and (22) related to the company’s management and board meetings’ quorum.
