Almarai reappoints Prince Naif bin Sultan as Chairman

Almarai Co.’s board of directors reappointed Prince Naif bin Sultan bin Mohammed bin Saud Al Kabeer as Chairman for the new three-year term started on Aug. 7, 2022.

The board also renamed Sulaiman Al Muhaidib as Vice Chairman and elected members of the board committees for the same term as follows:

The nomination and remuneration committee will include Ammar Al-Khudairi (Chairman), Prince Saud bin Sultan, Bader Al Issa and Hosam A. Alqurashi as members.

The investment committee will be headed by Bader Al Issa and will include Prince Naif bin Sultan, Ammar Al-Khudairi and Mohammed Mansour Almousa as members.

Furthermore, the risk management committee’s elected Chairman is Waleed Fatani, while the committee’s members are Raied Ali Abdullatif Alseif and Vanessa Fisk.

Meanwhile, the board appointed a board secretary and representatives of the company at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
