Tadweeer shareholders to vote on amending bylaws on Aug. 25

National Environmental Recycling Co. (Tadweeer) invited its shareholders to vote on amending some bylaws, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) slated for Aug. 25, according to a bourse filing.

 

The bylaws to be amended are related to the company’s name, purpose, capital and initial public offering (IPO).

 

Meanwhile, shareholders will vote on appointing and determining the fees of an external auditor to audit the semi-annual and annual financial statements for 2022, the statement added.
