Saudi Azm, Health Endowment Fund ink deal to develop, operate Shefaa e-platform

Saudi Azm for Communication and Information Technology Co. announced today, Juy 21, the signing of a contract with Health Endowment Fund for the development and operation of the latter’s Charitable Therapy Platform (Shefaa), according to a bourse statement.

 

The contract, which exceeds 5% of the company’s total revenues for 2021, is valid for 36 months, starting from notice of work commencement. It is extendable for three additional years.

 

There are no related parties in the deal, which is projected to leave a positive financial imprint on the company's 2022 and 2023 earnings.
