Academy of Learning Co.’s (AOL) board of directors recommended, on July 19, a 15% cash dividend for H1 2022, at SAR 1.5 per share, after reviewing the company’s internal results.

In a separate statement, AOL said that the board also proposed the company’s dividend policy for 2022, 2023 and 2024. The board’s recommendation will be submitted to the next general assembly meeting for approval, the date of which will be announced later.
This policy aims to maintain a minimum dividend of SAR 3 per share annually.
AOL aims to pay a cash dividend at SAR 1.5 per share minimum on a semi-annual basis over the three-year period. However, the dividend policy will remain subject to modification based on any major change in the company’s strategy sharp price fluctuations, or any future obligations on the company.
