Marifa Capital announces Rawasi Al-Bina registration document for Nomu listing

Marifa Capital, in its capacity as the financial advisor, announced today, July 19, the registration document of Rawasi Al-Bina Investment Co. for its planned direct listing on Nomu-Parallel Market.

 

Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved on June 15, the application of Rawasi Albina Investment Co. to register its shares for direct listing on Nomu-Parallel Market.
