Academy of Learning to begin trading on Nomu on July 18

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced that Academy of Learning Co. will start trading on Nomu-Parallel Market on July 18, with the symbol 9541 and ISIN Code SA15J0K4L2H7, according to a bourse statement.

 

Tadawul added that the company’s shares will trade with a daily price fluctuation of +/- 30% and +/- 10% static price fluctuation limits.

 

On May 30, Academy of Learning announced the registration document for listing its shares on Nomu and set the price guidance at SAR 40 per share.

 

The company operates in the Saudi education sector through 12 education and training institutes across six centers in Dammam, Al-Khobar, Al-Ahsa, Al-Jubail and Qatif.
