Amana Insurance pays SAR 1.987 mln compensation for unsubscribed rights shares

Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. will pay today, July 4, a total of SAR 1.987 million in compensation to rights issue holders who did not exercise their rights to subscribe to the new shares.

 

The amount will be deposited into the bank accounts of eligible investors.

 

In May, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved an application from Amana to increase its capital via a SAR 300 million rights offering.
