Etihad Atheeb board member Meshaal bin Omairah resigns

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) board member, Meshaal bin Omairah, submitted his resignation today, July 3, citing personal reasons, according to a bourse statement.

 

Bin Omairah resigned from both his positions as a board member and Chairman of the remuneration and nominations committee.

 

The resignation is effective from June 30, 2022, the statement added.
