Saudi Ground Services Co. (SGS) signed an agreement on June 29 with Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co. to provide medical insurance for SGS employees and their families (a related party).

 

In a statement to Tadawul, SGS said the contract value is approximately SAR 100 million, excluding value-added tax (VAT).

 

The one-year contract runs through July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023.

 

SGS said the contract is in the ordinary course of business and has no preferential treatment. Nader bin Mohammed Ashour is a related party to the agreement, it added.
