Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to distribute no dividends for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on June 28, according to a bourse filing. 

 

Shareholders also ratified the other agenda items, the statement added.
