Alhokair Group shareholders appoint auditor, approve 2021 board report

Shareholders of Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development (Alhokair Group) appointed PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as auditor, during an ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on June 27, according to a bourse filing.

 

The auditor will review financial statements for the second, third, and fourth quarters of 2022, and the first quarter of 2023.

 

Shareholders also approved the board and auditor's reports, as well as the financial statements for 2021. They also ratified a number of business contracts concluded by the company.
