Aqaseem shareholders to start e-voting on EGM agenda on June 26

Aqaseem Factory for Chemicals and Plastics Co. shareholders will start, on June 26, the electronic voting on the agenda items of the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) to be held on June 29, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders will vote on amending some articles of association related to transformation into a joint-stock company, company’s name, shareholders register, management, the vacant position in the board and board powers.
