Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co. starts today, June 23, e-voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on June 27, the company announced in a bourse filing.
The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives to allow shareholders to participate and vote on the related meeting agenda via Tadawulaty system, as part of the government’s preventive measures to stop the spread of coronavirus.
Earlier this month, the company invited its shareholders to vote on financial statements, as well as the board and auditor’s reports for 2021 at the OGM, Argaam reported.
