Etihad Atheeb says board member resigns

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.’s (GO) board of directors approved the resignation of Khalid bin Abdulrahman Alkhudairi (independent member), effective June 19, according to a bourse statement.

 

Alkhudairi also resigned from his post of Chairman of remuneration and nominations committee.

 

The resignation was tendered for personal reasons, the statement noted.
