SIDC shareholders to appoint auditor on July 17

Saudi Industrial Development Co. (SIDC) shareholders will vote to elect an auditor and setting their fees, during an ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM), to be held on July 17, according to a bourse filing.

 

The auditor will review financial statements for Q2, Q3 and annual 2022, and Q1 2023, the company added.
