Arabian Centres shareholders elect new board members

Arabian Centres Co.’s (ACC) shareholders elected new board members for the three-year term starting today, June 19, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 16, according to a bourse filing.  

The new board comprises Fawaz Alhokair, Salman Alhokair and Abdulrahman Al-Tuwaijri, Kamel Al-Qalam, Abdulmajeed Albasri, Mohamad Mourad, Turki Al-Dayel, Khalid Al-Suwailem and Johan Brand. 

They also approved the formation of the audit committee for the same term. The new audit committee includes Turki Al-Dayel, Fahad Al-Khorayef and Wissam Zouhair Mekahal. 

Shareholders further appointed Mohamad Mourad as an executive board member until the end of the current board term on June 18, 2022, the statement added.
