SICO Saudi REIT board member Ahmad Basudan resigns

SICO Saudi REIT Fund’s board member, Ahmad Basudan, submitted his resignation from the board of directors, the fund manager SICO Capital said in a bourse statement today, June 12.

 

The resignation is effective from June 12, 2022, the statement added, noting that a new board member will be appointed to replace Basudan, as per the rules and regulations.
