Ministry of Hajj says over 690,000 domestic pilgrims registered online

The number of domestic pilgrims registered online and via Eatmarna application exceeded 690,000 so far, Al Ekhbariya TV reported, citing Hesham Saeed, spokesperson for the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

 

He added that the ministry reviews the prices of Hajj services provided by companies and makes a slight discount for them.

 

The registration process will end today, June 11, and then the ministry will start the electronic lottery, allowing the nominees to pay their service packages within 48 hours.

 

On June 3, the ministry announced starting online registration for pilgrims from inside the Kingdom and residents for the current year, according to data available with Argaam.
