Aqaseem shareholders to vote on amending articles of association on June 29

Aqaseem Factory for Chemicals and Plastics Co. invited its shareholders to vote on amending some articles of association during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) to be held on June 29, the company said in a bourse statement.

The articles of association subject to voting are related to transformation into a joint-stock company, company’s name, shareholders register, management, the vacant position in the board and board powers.  

Shareholders will also vote amending articles of association related to the quorum of the ordinary and extraordinary general meetings as well as the dividend distribution. 

Additionally, they will vote on the auditor and board’s reports as well as financial statements for 2021. 

E-voting on the agenda items will start on June 26 via Tadawulaty system.
