Maharah shareholders to vote on authorizing board to declare interim dividends for 2022 on June 28

Shareholders of Maharah Human Resources Co. will vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on June 28, according to a bourse filing.

 

They will also vote on the company’s consolidated financial statements as well as the board and auditors’ reports for 2021. They will vote on absolving the board members of liabilities for 2021.

 

In addition, Maharah’s shareholders will discuss delegating the general assembly powers to the board of directors for one year from the shareholders’ approval date or until the end of the board term, whichever is earlier.

 

Other agenda items include voting on appointing an external auditor, as well as the contracts and transactions concluded between Maharah and other companies.

 

The shareholders will start e-voting on the agenda items on June 24.
