Alhokair Group shareholders to appoint auditor on June 27

Shareholders of Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development (Alhokair Group) will vote on appointing an auditor and setting its fees, during an ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM), to be held on June 27, according to a bourse filing.

 

The auditor will review financial statements for the second, third, and fourth quarters of 2022, and the first quarter of 2023.

 

Other agenda items include voting on the board and auditor's reports and financial statements for 2021, as well as a number of business contracts concluded by the company.
