Aseer Trading rebrands into Sinad Holding

Aseer Trading, Tourism, Industry, Agriculture, Real Estate and Contracting Co. announced today, June 5, changing its name to Sinad Holding Co., according to a bourse filing.

 

All relevant procedures were concluded, in line with a decision of the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Jan. 9, 2022, the company said.

 

In January, shareholders approved amending articles of association related to the company’s name, purpose and head office location, Argaam earlier reported.
