Shareholders of Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co. will vote on the company’s financial statements, as well as the audit and board reports for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting scheduled for June 27.
In a bourse statement, the company said shareholders will vote on absolving board members of liability for the same period, and the board remuneration policy.
Other agenda items include voting on appointing an auditor to examine and audit the company’s financial statements for Q2, Q3 and Q4 2022, as well as Q1 2023.
The shareholders will also vote on the transactions and contracts that will be concluded between Arabia Insurance and Abdel Hadi A. Al-Qahtani & Sons Group, in which Chairman Abdulaziz Al Qahtani has an indirect interest.
The meeting will be held online. Shareholders can start voting on the agenda items through Tadawulaty system as of June 24.
