NADEC to start e-voting on OGM agenda on June 3

National Agricultural Development Co.'s (NADEC) shareholders will begin tomorrow, June 3, the electronic voting on the agenda items of the ordinary general assembly meeting that is planned on June 7, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will vote on appointing an external auditor and appointing Abdulaziz Al-Raqeeb as an independent board member.
