Arabian Pipes shareholders to vote on 2021 financials, auditor’s report on June 22

Shareholders of Arabian Pipes Co. (APC) will vote on the company’s financial statements, as well as the board and auditor’s reports for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for June 22.

 

They will also vote on appointing an auditor from among candidates, and setting their fees to examine and audit the financial statements for the second, third and fourth quarters of 2022, as well as the first quarter of 2023. 

 

The meeting will be held online. The company’s shareholders can start voting on the agenda items from June 18.
