Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Wednesday.
1) Saudi Arabian Mining Co.’s (Maaden) shareholders approved increasing capital by 100%, through a one-for-one bonus share distribution.
2) Najran Cement Co. obtained a long-term Shariah-compliant financing worth SAR 278.5 million from Al Rajhi Bank, in addition to a short-term demand revolving loan worth SAR 50 million.
3) Saudi Fransi Capital announced the distribution of a 3.3% cash dividend to Bonyan REIT Fund unitholders for the six-month period from Nov. 1, 2021, to April 30, 2022, at SAR 0.33 per unit.
4) Al Kathiri Holding Co.’s shareholders disapproved discharging board members of liability for 2021.
5) Brent crude gained 0.96% to reach $122.84 per barrel. WTI crude added 0.40% to reach $115.13/bbl.
