Ejar reports over 3 mln documented tenancy contracts until May 2022

The rental services e-network “Ejar” announced that more than three million residential and commercial tenancy contracts have been documented since its launch and until May 2022.

 

This means that 45% of the Kingdom’s residential units are documented via Ejar.

 

On the sidelines of Maskan Real Estate Exhibition, held in Riyadh, Ejar stated that the number of real estate units whose data was registered via the network exceeded 4.3 million.

 

The program emphasized that the development of the network, improvement of services and continuous addition of advantages contributed to boosting the confidence of real estate tenancy sector’s beneficiaries in the e-network.
