Saudi NDMC closes May issuance of Sukuk program at SAR 15 bln

The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) completed receiving investor orders for its domestic issuance for May, under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program.

 

The issuance size was set at SAR 14.95 billion, NDMC said in a statement.

 

The issuance is divided into three tranches, the first is valued at SAR 10.055 billion, maturing in 2032. The second is valued at SAR 2.184 billion and will mature in 2037. The last tranche is valued at SAR 2.715 billion, maturing in 2049.
